- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and details of the products you purchase.
- Payment information: processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- Browsing information: cookies and similar technologies collect device data, IP address and browsing behaviour to make the site work and improve your experience.
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, and send order and tracking notifications.
- To provide customer support and process refunds under our 90-day guarantee.
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
- To detect fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing your information
We share data only with the service providers required to run this store: Shopify (hosting & payments), our shipping carriers, and our email service provider. We never sell your personal information.
